Dear Colleagues in Ministry:

According to 2 Timothy 4:1-2 we have been given the charge to preach the Gospel in season and out. But it is my belief that God did not mean for us to do this alone. When Jesus sent His disciples out He sent them out two by two according to Mark 6:7-8 and commanded them to take nothing for the journey except a staff and to wear sandals. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NIV says,

"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."

We are meant to be in partnership for the sake of the Gospel and God has called us to do just that.

The vision that God has given me for this Coalition of Ministers is one that did not come over night. I strongly believe that every Minister of the Gospel needs support, guidance, wisdom shared by others, love, encouragement and accountability. These six essentials I believe can make all the difference in building up strong leaders.

I know from experience how lonely ministry can be and also how little support we receive from our family and friends not to mention even from church leaders. MCI (MINISTERIAL COALITION INTERNATIONAL) is here not to reinvent the wheel, but to improve upon that very wheel. Many of us have experienced neglect and sometime outright abuse by leadership. Let’s band together and learn from each other, be accountable and strengthen one another for the task ahead!

The Mission is simple:

  • TRAINING IN CHURCH PROTOCOL

  • LEADERSHIP CULTIVATION

  • SHARING OF BENEFICIAL INFORMATION

  • CONNECTION TO OTHER MINISTRIES

  • SUPPORT IN EVANGELISM  (FOR MINISTRIES OF MCI)

*This list is not an exhaustive list, because as our ministries grow so will our needs*

I invite you to prayerfully consider becoming a member of this great coalition. My job is not to tell anyone how to run their ministry, but to come together with you and other likeminded individuals as we help each other accomplish what the Lord has called us to do.

I am looking forward to establishing a Five Fold Ministry Network of Leaders who will seek not only the good of our respective ministries, but also the good of our co-labourers in the Christ.

In His Service,

Apostle AH Ross
